Double occupancy room £255 per night
Includes double occupancy accommodation with a decadent continental buffet breakfast, tax & service included.
Single occupancy room £244 per night
Includes single occupancy accommodation with a decadent continental buffet breakfast, tax & service included.
Please note we have a set allocation of rooms available at these rates, but once sold, the room rate will rise to the hotel's standard rates at the time of booking. Therefore please book as soon as possible to secure these rates.
You will be asked to book your accommodation as part of the registration process. Full payment is required on completion of your registration via credit or debit card.
The reservation deadline is Friday 4 August 2023 and rooms are subject to availability as detailed above.
Additional Nights’ Accommodation
If you would like to extend your stay in Portugal, there is the option to book an extra night during registration. For longer stays please contact our event partners XSEM at WTWN@xsem.co.uk
Accommodation Payment
You will be asked for your payment details when confirming your room(s) at the end of your registration. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Accommodation Cancellation Terms

Accommodation FAQ’s
I’ve contacted the hotel directly and there are rooms cheaper than the ones advertised on the Forum website – why is this?
WTW Networks block book several rooms at the hotel for the Forum. We select rooms of a certain standard with breakfast and WiFi included.
Can I arrange an early check-in / late check-out with the hotel?
At this moment, the hotel cannot guarantee an early check-in / late check-out as it depends on the hotel’s occupancy, however, closer to the event dates the hotel will have a better idea of the bookings. Of course they will do their utmost to give guests a late check-out depending on what’s possible at the time.
